3. Account Registration and Free Tier
TextHumanizer offers a free tier that does not require account registration. Free tier users can process up to 1,000 words per month without creating an account. Access is provided on a per-IP-address basis and resets monthly on the first day of each calendar month. No credit card, email, or personal information is required to use the free tier.
4. Free and Paid Plans
We offer the following service tiers: (a) Free Plan: 1,000 words per month, all three tone modes (Scholarly, Creative, Casual), no account required; (b) Starter Plan: 50,000 words per month with account and billing required; (c) Professional Plan: 200,000 words per month with enhanced features; (d) Enterprise Plan: Custom usage limits with dedicated support. Paid plans require a valid account and accepted payment method. All pricing and plan details are available on our website. We reserve the right to modify plan features, pricing, or availability with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use TextHumanizer for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Service. Specifically, you agree not to: (a) use the Service to plagiarize content or violate intellectual property rights of any third party; (b) submit illegal, defamatory, hateful, or harmful content; (c) use the Service to facilitate academic dishonesty or fraud; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; (e) resell or commercially exploit the Service without authorization; (f) violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

You assume full responsibility for compliance with your institution's policies, applicable laws, and ethical standards when using our humanized text. TextHumanizer is provided as a writing assistance tool, and you retain full responsibility for the final use and submission of any content.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
You retain all ownership rights to text and content you submit to TextHumanizer ("Input"). You also retain all ownership rights to the humanized text output generated by our Service ("Output"). By submitting Input to our Service, you grant TextHumanizer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store temporarily (only during processing), and use your Input solely for the purpose of generating Output and improving our Service algorithms through aggregated, non-identifying analysis.
TextHumanizer retains all intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including our technology, algorithms, source code, documentation, and trademark. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of TextHumanizer without express written permission. The Service is licensed to you for personal use only (or commercial use if you have a paid enterprise agreement).
7. Privacy and Data Handling

In summary: (a) we do not permanently store your Input or Output; (b) your text is processed in-memory and immediately discarded after response generation; (c) we collect minimal data: email addresses only for paid account users, usage analytics, and device information; (d) we do not train our machine learning models on user-submitted text; (e) we do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
TEXTHUMANIZER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR MEET YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC AI DETECTION BYPASS RATES OR THAT HUMANIZED TEXT WILL BYPASS ANY PARTICULAR AI DETECTION SYSTEM. RESULTS MAY VARY BASED ON INPUT QUALITY, DETECTOR UPDATES, AND OTHER FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
We recommend independent verification of all humanized content before submission or publication. While we strive for high quality output, the Service is a tool and not a substitute for human review and judgment.
9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL TEXTHUMANIZER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US).
